Zharina joins Catchi after having worked at one of the leading digital agencies in New Zealand, where Digital Strategy, Analytics and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) are leveraged in an integrated approach in growing businesses online. Zharina initially worked as an Inbound Marketing Specialist where she developed and implemented customer life cycle-based customer acquisition and retention strategies through content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, search engine optimisation and branding. Having a solid understanding of the customer’s buying journey, Zharina transitioned to a specialised CRO role where she leverages a multi-disciplinary and customer-centric methodology in driving conversion rate uplifts and achieving business goals for New Zealand’s leading brands and companies.

One of Zharina’s specialities is her knack for problem solving and using a data-driven approach in identifying areas of opportunities to deliver the best results and value to her clients.
