About Ausmove:

Ausmove specialises in moving people from New Zealand to Australia and is New Zealand’s only dedicated movers of kiwi households shipping from Auckland to Australia. The business has been operating for over 20 years.

 

The Challenge:

Ausmove operates in an increasingly competitive market and as the cost per click went up, Ausmove was spending more and more money on Adwords campaign to drive the same amount of traffic to the site. Steve Smith, Ausmove’s Managing Director, approached Catchi to work with him on increasing the number of leads generated (free quotes) via his website.

They were very professional and knowledgeable in the field and they certainly know their stuff

The Solution:

Over a three month period we ran a series of A/B split tests that were aimed at improving each and every step in the conversion funnel, including the homepage and quote form, which was the biggest bottle neck. All the tests were aimed to have the maximum number of visitors clicking through to and completing the free quote form. We also worked with Steve’s team to add a Quick Quote form to the homepage.

The Outcome:

The work done increased Ausmove’s conversion rate (free quote forms completed) with over 20% with the additional quick quote added to the homepage increasing the conversion rate by a further 30%. Below is a screenshot of one of the many tests we ran on the site using Visual Website Optimizer which displays a 23.6% increase in leads generated with a 99% validity.
